The analyst has used the Building/Industrial Sector Economic Analysis Model explained in Section 4.2 to calculate the Net Present Value of the project. The analysis is conducted in current dollars and considers the effects of income tax and depreciation. A Net Present Value greater than zero would indicate to the analyst that the project is financially attractive. In this section, the system analyst has specified the economic and financial data inputs required and present the results of the analysis.
